Your first visit to Buddy Opticals will include a comprehensive eye examination and consultation with our experienced eye care specialists. During your appointment, our team will carefully evaluate your vision and eye health, discuss any concerns you may have, explain your diagnosis, and recommend the most suitable treatment or vision care options for your needs.
To help ensure a smooth and efficient appointment experience, we kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and bring the following items with you:
- A valid photo identification
- Current insurance information (if applicable)
- A list of medications you are currently taking, including eye drops
- Your current eyeglasses or contact lenses
- Any previous eye records, medical history, or surgery details related to your vision or eye health
For your convenience, patient registration and required forms may be completed prior to your visit if available through our online system. Our staff will be happy to assist you with any appointment or registration questions before your visit.
If your eye examination requires pupil dilation, your vision may remain temporarily blurred for a few hours after the appointment. We recommend arranging transportation or bringing someone with you if needed.
Important: Patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment.
